Eggless Chocolate Brownie

Hello Foodies,

Today I am sharing very delicious and yummy recipe - Egg-less Chocolate Brownie. I made this recipe without using egg and it is very simple to make.  Enjoy this mouthwatering recipe.








Ingredients:-

All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Salt – a pinch
Chopped walnuts – ¾ cup
Chocolate chips – ¼ cup
Granulated sugar – ¾ cup
Melted butter – ½ cup
Yogurt – 5 tbsp

Directions:-
 

















1) Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
2) Sift all dry ingredients together (first five above mentioned) and set aside.
3) Now add chopped walnuts (half portion) and chocolate chip in the sifted flour and mix well.
4) In a mixing bowl add sugar and yogurt together. Whisk sugar and yogurt together until you get the creamy texture. Make sure there are no lump remains in batter.
5) Add flour mixture in it and mix it well. Now add melted butter and again mix it with cut and fold method with the help of spatula.
6) Grease the baking pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.
7) Pour the batter in baking pan and evenly spread the batter with the help of spatula.
8) Add rest of the walnuts on the top of the batter.
9) Bake it for about 35- 40 mins.
10) After 40 mins take toothpick test and if toothpick comes out clear then our brownie is completely baked.
11) Take out the baking pan from oven and let it cool down completely.
12) Now demold the brownie and cut it in your desired size.
13) Enjoy the yummy and mouthwatering brownies.

My Notes:-

1) You can add more sugar as per your desire level of sweetness.
2) You can also increase the quantity of chocolate chips if you like more chocolaty flavor.

Savory Cheese- Pecans Cookies

Hello foodies,

Today I am sharing savory cookie recipe with you Savory Cheese- Pecans Cookies. I made these cookies with pecan and cheese. These cookies are very delicious in taste and very easy to make.  Enjoy these yummy cookies.





 

Yield: - 25 cookies

Ingredients:-


Unsalted butter – ½ cup (at room temperature)
All-purpose flour (AFP) – 1 ½ cups
Sugar – ¼ cup
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Grated cheese – ½ cup (I used pepper jack cheese)
Chopped pecans – ¼ cup

Directions:-











1) In a mixing bowl add butter and sugar and beat this mixture until it become creamy in texture.
2) Grate the cheese and add it in sugar and butter mixture and mix well.
3) Now add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper powder. Mix well.
4) Sift APF and salt together and add in the mixture. Again mix well with the help of spatula.
5) Now add chopped pecans and mix well with cookie dough.
6) Now divide the dough in two parts and make cylinder shape from it.
7) Let the dough rest in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
8) After 2 hours take out the dough from refrigerator and cut your desired sized cookies from it.
9) Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
10) Place the cookies on baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
11) Pop these cookies in oven for about 15- 16 mins until light golden brown in color.
12) Serve these cookies with tea/ coffee.
