Cheesy Garlic pull apart bread

Hello Foodies,

Today I am sharing quick appetizer recipe : Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread. This is very simple to make and appetizing.
For this recipe I made garlic butter with parsley and i used  two  kind of cheese: mozzarella and monetary jack. I made this recipe for pot luck and everyone liked it.Enjoy this recipe.









Ingredients:-

Vienna bread - 1
Garlic cloves - 6-7
parsley - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
unsalted butter - 1 stick
Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese - 2 stick( i used cheese sticks)
Monetary jack cheese - 1/2 cup

Directions:-





  1.  First we need to make garlic butter. For this in a mixture jar add parsley, garlic and olive oil.Blend these into course paste.
  2. Now transfer the paste in a bowl and add melted butter, sea salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  3. I used mozzarella cheese stick and shredded monetary jack cheese. I cut small pieces of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Now pre heat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  5. Place the bread on flat surface and make cut a bread on a diagonal in diamond shape but don't cut all the way through the bread.
  6. Now spared the garlic butter in each cut. Save some butter to garnish on top also. You can use spoon or pastry brush for that.
  7. Now insert mozzarella pieces in each cut and fill monetary jack cheese on top.
  8. Apply garlic butter on top.
  9.  Now Place the bread on baking tray lined with aluminum foil and also cover this top of bread with another foil.
  10. Bake the bread in oven for about 15 mins.
  11. After 15 mins take out the bread from oven and increase the temperature of oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit.
  12. Remove the top foil from bread and bake at again for about 15 mins.
  13. After 15 mins take out the bread from oven and serve hot. 
  My Notes:-
  1. You can used any other shape bread.
  2. you can also use any other kind of cheese you want.
  3. If you want to make it spicy add chili flakes in garlic butter.
  4. You can also roast the garlic to enhance the flavor.
